Options for Portal Password Complexity

There are 3 options available for Password complexity  levels from within the HR Portal.

These are:

Low

The Password only needs to be a minimum of 5 characters. This is the default complexity level.

Medium

The Password needs to be at least 6 characters, including and one uppercase, a number and a special character.

High 

The requirements are the same as the Medium setting, but also require a change of password every 90 days.

When your portal is initially set up, your consultant will ask which level of security you would like and set this up for you. If you wish to change this, please contact your helpdesk and let us know the level you require.
